Executive Bio
Mr. Mike Hooper has been the Chief Executive Officer and President for Willdan Homeland Solutions at Willdan Group, Inc. since August 2016. Previously, Mr. Hooper served as Vice President of Willdan Homeland Solutions since 2013 and as its Training and Exercise Manager since 2008. Prior to joining Willdan, Mr. Hooper was a Homeland Security Consultant for EG&G Technical Services, a division of the URS Corporation. Mr. Hooper is a senior homeland security and emergency management professional with over twelve years of experience leading critical missions across the homeland security enterprise, including hurricane preparedness exercises; advanced analytic trainings; and statewide, multi-day, complex prevention, response and recovery exercises, for jurisdictions across the US. Mr. Hooper is a Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP), and served as a volunteer firefighter with the Riverside County Fire Department, where he received training in Hazardous Materials response and emergency medical services. Mr. Hooper holds a B.A. in History from Azusa Pacific University.
