Mr. Paul Whitelaw serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Willdan Group, Inc. Mr. Whitelaw serves as Senior Vice President at Willdan Energy Solutions, Inc. With more than 20 years of operations and business development experience, he has led energy efficiency programs and operations for Willdan Energy Solutions in the western U.S. and managed third-party energy efficiency programs for SDG&E, Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, Pacific Gas and Electric and Puget Sound Energy, as well as partnership programs for schools, municipalities, utilities and private clients. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the California Energy Efficiency Industry Council. Mr. Whitelaw holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
