WLF is a great place to work. Just like every work place it does have its ups and downs. The best part of WLF is definitely the fact that management is always looking for ways for employees to have a better work environment and help improve the quality of work flow.

My team, without them there is no company. The foundation of any good business is the ability to communicate and grow together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has been growing, and the more the company grows the benefits have gotten better. The benefits are great, only wish they would offer a 401k or retirement plan of the sort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, without the ability to rely on others there is no team. The way management pushes employees to do better and grow makes you feel like they really care for you as not only an employee but as family.
