It has its ups and downs, usually dependent on company performance, but when you are handling this amount of money, it makes sense. I will be honest and say that on occasion I feel like I am personally targeted for some random negative outcome, but you gotta have thick skin to keep pressing on.

Intelligent people that I can confidently bounce ideas off of. They understand what it takes to do their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly finding revelations that allow us to overcome hurdles that we are frequently met with. It is very satisfying to find the answers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching signed cases come into our CRM. Finding out that it was my ads that brought this person to the company. Nothing is more satisfying.
