Like everywhere I've worked previously, the Company has evolved, but unlike everywhere I've worked previously, all change has been for the better. I've now worked here longer than any other company and I hope to never leave. I absolutely love the culture and feel like I have a bright future here.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers, management team, varying challenges each day, daily learning, and the work atmosphere help me look forward to work every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was extremely thorough, but the interviewers were friendly and put me at ease by keeping it fun. HR made it easy to work with my schedule.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's competitive with industry standard and checked at least annually to make sure. Bonuses are better than average and everyone including entry-level production employees are on a bonus plan. And the Benefits plan is second to none. By far the best benefits offerings I've ever had.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders of the company are very transparent and want to see us all succeed individually because they know it will translate to success Company-wide. They have no reservation about investing training and development $$'s toward our future success and take the time to mentor those on their team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Best culture I've been part of! We participate in frequent and regular games, tournaments, parties, and fun down time get togethers. We have team building, community service, and other fun on and off-site activities. It's no wonder we have won several "best company to work for" awards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No politics. Not just on my team, but all around the company. We are all on the same team and it's not everyone out for themselves through political games. So refreshing to not have the B.S. going on behind the scenes. Just co-workers looking out for each other and happy for others' success.
