Great company to work, I love the schedule.

It hasn't been perfect all the time, but it's been close. Great Leadership team, supportive co-workers, no politics, super fun, and best culture of any company I've worked for. Benefits are very generous. I plan to be here for a long time to come.

Like everywhere I've worked previously, the Company has evolved, but unlike everywhere I've worked previously, all change has been for the better. I've now worked here longer than any other company and I hope to never leave. I absolutely love the culture and feel like I have a bright future here.

Excelent, always I have the support of my managers.

All of them care about me and all employees in a genuine way. They are strategic and smart in the way they manage the business. They create and maintain a strong culture where everyone feels safe and engaged in their work every day.

Some departments lack it but others have really great leaders.

No bureaucracy and it allows for faster decisions and more autonomy.

They are very transparent and honest with everyone.

Paid fairly, and great benefits!

The PTO given is very generous.

It's competitive with industry standard and checked at least annually to make sure. Bonuses are better than average and everyone including entry-level production employees are on a bonus plan. And the Benefits plan is second to none. By far the best benefits offerings I've ever had.

More pay, very low for the area.

I think it has to do with Covid more than the company.

Easy to talk to/get along with

We work together, get along, and have fun.

We work as a team to accomplish our goals.

No politics. Not just on my team, but all around the company. We are all on the same team and it's not everyone out for themselves through political games. So refreshing to not have the B.S. going on behind the scenes. Just co-workers looking out for each other and happy for others' success.

The HR department always has something fun planned and organize a bunch of events, games, parties, Community and volunteer events, and other stuff. I get to know my co-workers better and people I don't normally get to work with every day because of these types of things. It's been awesome!

The people that work each day make the place worth working

Everyone is friendly and positive.

Everyone seems to be friends, willing to help each other and are pleasant.

There are always a variety of activities for employees to participate in and the company tries to include everyone.

It was very thorough. But kind of nice to be able to go to lunch with some of my future team to get to know them a little less formally.

It was effective and I was able to explain my worth to the manager.

It was extremely thorough, but the interviewers were friendly and put me at ease by keeping it fun. HR made it easy to work with my schedule.
