the team isn't on the same page and you get conflicting answers

The benefit package is the best.
High flexibility with how and when I do my work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wimmer is slow to negotiate compensation and makes mistakes in commission-based payroll. they also pay below market rate.

That we work together to create a productive work environment.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers underperform and remain working, or are not reprimanded. Few new hires are made to pick up the slack as wiimmer likes to run lean
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a great place to work!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
more investment, less ambiguity, need real team-focused performers, cut bad employees
