Get involved and not just trust things are being done correctly. They put the wrong individuals in charge.

Birthday annual vacations and raises
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Disconnected management team. Erin Greene was not capable of leading operations. Did not understand or know her numbers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Replace most executive leadership. when they have someone with integrity in operations clean up the entire workforce. Winc is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Treat people with dignity and respect would be a good fundamental start.

Some individuals were very nice to work with.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
This company needs a lawsuit to wake them up to the nightmare they are subjecting people to in the Santa Maria and PA facilities.
