Organization, networking, pulling in plugs
Disconnected management team. Erin Greene was not capable of leading operations. Did not understand or know her numbers.
the operations group in Santa Maria was a nightmare and the Executive members are disconnected from reality working 3 hours from the operations work site. They failed in their responsibility to build a work environment free from sexual harassment.
Replace most executive leadership. when they have someone with integrity in operations clean up the entire workforce. Winc is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This company needs a lawsuit to wake them up to the nightmare they are subjecting people to in the Santa Maria and PA facilities.
