They are people with great knowledge but at the same time they have great personal values, they are always willing to help and they want everyone in the team to feel good and have clear objectives.

One of the best aspects of our team is the strong sense of collaboration and mutual support among team members. Additionally, the diverse skill sets and perspectives within the team lead to innovative solutions and well-rounded projects.
Informative, Goal Oriented, and participation of all. Q&A well done.
They are all great people, very kind, respectful, whenever you have a question, you can ask any member of the team and they will take time to try to solve the problem.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our company's culture is its emphasis on open communication and inclusivity, creating a welcoming and collaborative environment. Moreover, the commitment to work-life balance promotes a healthy and fulfilling atmosphere for all employees.
Friendly, Motivating, Engaging, Collaborative , caring and Supportive.
Diversity is respected, everyone can give their opinion and communicate their ideas to any member of the company, in addition, there are many options that Wind River offers to ensure the well-being of its collaborators (vacation days, sick days, holidays, volunteer days ,...)
The culture is very focused on learning and growing.
The employees here know what works from a tech perspective, but still push the envelope to see what could be possible. We are all very aware that it's important to treat each other as individuals, and seek to offer a caring posture to those we encounter.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Openess, guidance, realistic, positive, constructive
The questions were accurate regarding the position, there were no out of place questions.
My recruiter was very transparent with me on my standing in the process. She shared specific feedback from the interview team with me so that I knew how I was being perceived. Very knowledgeable recruiting team, and clearly focused on hiring the right fit for the role.

What makes me happiest at work is the sense of accomplishment I derive from solving challenges and making a meaningful impact. Additionally, the supportive and collaborative team dynamic enhances my overall job satisfaction.
