Mr. Ezra Jaffe serves as Senior VP & Head of Treasury Management Sales at Wintrust Financial Corporation. Mr. Jaffe served as Senior Vice president of Lending at Wintrust Bank (also known as North Shore Community Bank & Trust). Mr. Jaffe joined NSCB, with 21 years of experience at JP Morgan Chase, including time at American National Bank and other Chase predecessor companies. He has a proven track record in portfolio management, cross selling and business development in middle market commercial banking. At JP Morgan Chase, he successfully led several commercial banking teams and generated large loan growth. He is a board member at Ida Crown Jewish Academy and as a Member of the Finance Committee for the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago. Mr. Jaffe earned his MBA in finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. Mr. Jaffe earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
