The Corp office work environment is highly toxic and management at the EVP level is more concerned with outcomes and personal advancement to be concerned with what actually drives productivity and employee satisfaction.

What do you value most about this brand?

What I value about the brand is that, thanks to its marketing, it feels like our Chicago hometown bank.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I work in the bank ops business line where staff is treated poorly. Senior leadership has no respect for our work and uses thinly veiled threats to force staff to rate them well in engagement surveys.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commision, stocks, fair, flexible Nd a good investment
