Thomas Patrick Zidar — Executive VP & Market Head of Wealth Management Services at Wintrust Financial Corporation

Mr. Thomas Patrick Zidar, also known as Tom, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Hummer Investments, LLC. Mr. Zidar serves as a Manager of Great Lakes Advisors, LLC and its funds complex. He has been Executive Vice President of Wintrust Financial Corporation since June 2006 and also serves as its Market Head of Wealth Management Services. Mr. Zidar began his tenure with Wintrust Wealth Management as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in June 2006 and oversees three operating business units: Asset Management, Trust and Investments. He has an extensive financial services background. Mr. Zidar served as an Executive Vice President of Personal Financial Services at ABN AMRO's LaSalle Bank. He headed five business units and was responsible for more than $3.5 billion in loans, $2 billion in deposits and over 1,000 sales, operations and credit staff across the Midwest. During his tenure with ABN AMRO, he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO Financial Services; Senior Vice President of Integration Management and Senior Vice President/First Vice President of Acquisitions & Corporate Capital. Mr. Zidar serves as the Chairman of the Wayne Hummer companies, Great Lakes Advisors, LLC and Advanced Investment Partners, LLC. He served as the Chairman of LaSalle Financial Services. Mr. Zidar serves as a Director of the Chicago Children's Museum. He served as a Director of the ABA Securities Association and Securities Industry Association Bank Broker/Dealer President Roundtable. He was recognized as one of Crain's Chicago Business' 40 under 40 in 2004. Mr. Zidar holds a B.B.A. from University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University.
