Very supportive and listens to your problems

Learning how to manage a team and not playing favorites. Not pushing people they dont like to quit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair relative to industry for comp.
Ability to have a flexible schedule and the benefits.
WIpfli frequently gives out incentives and associate bonuses for quality work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No firm investment and support
It's a great place for permanent employees, interns and contract employees won't see much benefit
The company we are offered health insurance through is not very flexible. They deny everything they can

Work well together, understand each other needs
Friendly, listens to your problems
Great team willing to work together.
Responsiveness to requests, ability to work together to solve a problem and pitch in where needed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice office and friendly employees
Very family and wellbeing focused, work is not always #1 priority
Teamwork culture and willing to help each other.
Most coworkers are responsive to requests and willing to help each other as needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to rewire out firm leadership
After recent mergers, many Wipfli office struggle to comply with new values and it shows
What did you like most about the interview process?
Panelists didn't seem intimidating all kept a friendly environment
They had interest in me as a person and not just my work skills and experiences.
Met many of the team ultimately work on to make sure culture fit.
It wasn't an interrogation but more of a get to know you meeting
