Just as Wix believes that everyone has the right to be successful online, the same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcomed, and anyone has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and make an impact. 

We see it as part of who we are, and are committed to investing in diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) at Wix. To do this, we’ll build a workforce that represents a variety of identities, experiences and perspectives, ensuring all employees have the equal opportunity to reach their potential and feel that they belong.

We believe that cultivating a respectful and inclusive workplace is everyone’s responsibility. To create a culture where everyone feels they belong, we all need to take part and influence change. 

At the same time, we also recognize that we need a continued and strategic focus on DEI within our organization. To do this, we launched two groups to lead DEI for Wix in the US:

- The DEI Concept Squad: A group of five of business leaders and DEI subject matter experts who are leading a long-term strategy for DEI at Wix. This strategy includes a focus on education, partnerships, ERGs, data and metrics, and more. 

- The DEI Collective: A group of 20 business leaders, subject matter experts, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders working together to carry out the DEI strategy, bringing to light the areas where we have opportunity to improve, and ensuring we have a diverse collective of voices involved in these efforts. 

Additionally, we have three employee-led employee resource groups (ERGs) committed to strengthening DEI through community, allyship, learning, and advisory: 

- sKinTech creates a space to learn about and celebrate the intersections of identity through the lens of cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. Their mission is to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community at Wix and in tech.

- Wix Rainbow provides a community of connection, support, and empowerment for LGBTQ employees and their allies to advocate for inclusiveness in the workplace and beyond. 

- Women in Leadership is a safe space for powerful women in leadership to come together and collaborate, share experiences, and brainstorm ideas for change.
