Not a lot of micro managing and a pretty laid back environment especially since we are extremely productive

The most innovative and dynamic company I've worked for. Executives treat employees with a true and sincere level of respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best health / dental insurance I've had. Virtually everything is covered in some way. Also have vision insurance but haven't used it.
