- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Get rid of the toxic element. Don't worry so much about making a bonus, worry about ordering product so we can actually do our job. Stop hiring kids with no experience, simply because they think you are cute. There are multiple experienced servers applying, but ageism is a real problem
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. Interpersonal skills. Honesty. Integrity. When someone gets caught, own it...don't point the finger at your team.
