Being the onky black person in the store i put all with alot not on top of that the using taking taxes out my checks for the first year do i end up owing the irs $900 until i turned 18, i thought i would change going to an new location but no everything outdated and i barely getting hours now
I didn't know about the stock part of joining this company, to be honest I feel like my management keeps missing out on telling me things, so that it's one less person to take care of. They had my as a driver but in the system a baker for 2 and a half months making it impossible to clock in on time.
The hard worked who work as a team and who are not your leadership

Get rid of the toxic element. Don't worry so much about making a bonus, worry about ordering product so we can actually do our job. Stop hiring kids with no experience, simply because they think you are cute. There are multiple experienced servers applying, but ageism is a real problem
The dont hires diversity the hires latino mostly i was luck enough to have an manger who hire all races but once he left i havent meet another
