Our gm fudges his inventory. We are always out of product. Our jobs are threatened daily if we don't make our bad. That is the only thing that matters to him. He snaps often, right there on the floor in front of customers and co workers. We , multiple, filed a complaint. Nothing changed. 7971

Currently me and my crew are being disrespect by a new maneger, and it seems i cant get ahold of anyone at the corparate office

The Dennys I work at is a very hostile work environment, none understanding won't work with you. The training was horrible or should I say what training. I thinking about going to my local news stations. And the better business bureau as well

Listen and actually do something instead of letting things get worst in-between employees and not writing up crew members who were late when they weren't told about they're scheduled changing

Being the onky black person in the store i put all with alot not on top of that the using taking taxes out my checks for the first year do i end up owing the irs $900 until i turned 18, i thought i would change going to an new location but no everything outdated and i barely getting hours now

I didn't know about the stock part of joining this company, to be honest I feel like my management keeps missing out on telling me things, so that it's one less person to take care of. They had my as a driver but in the system a baker for 2 and a half months making it impossible to clock in on time.

The hard worked who work as a team and who are not your leadership

Be a team and read the room. Treat others with respect and to no be passive aggressive with starring and getting in people's faces.

Get rid of the toxic element. Don't worry so much about making a bonus, worry about ordering product so we can actually do our job. Stop hiring kids with no experience, simply because they think you are cute. There are multiple experienced servers applying, but ageism is a real problem
