I´m New, So I need to learn more, however, I do not see that this company has more benefit than the normal companies, it offers a ensure that is ok, but also I guess now that we are in a pandemic, they can offer to the employee short day, electricity bill paid or internet

It needs to become stronger to make decisions, but the leader is soo friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard work integrity cooperation but the team needs to think out of the box, we need to motivate the employee to become more innovative and propose ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is no payment of electricity bill or other not to visual benefit as a short day (of course this time is return to the company example work 8.5 hours 4 days at week and 5 day take half day)
