What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership team have a great vision for the company and have recently implemented the company's values across the business. These are helping to align the business to make it more robust for the future. I believe they understand the current market and are making great investments.
How they take responsibility so that the employees do not feel much of the strain and pressure of getting the day to day tasks completed

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is above average and the work is not too taxing. There are many benefits, including: health care, dental care, salary sacrifice for car leasing and discount pricing on many retailers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair bonus payments paid frequently
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers have a lot of free reign to produce and implement ideas in the workplace, we have sufficient influence on the daily work load. My team are great, they understand objectives and how to achieve them daily.
Friendliness and the culture of the workplace. everyone gets on and know what they are doing. everyone asks each other and team leaders for help

What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is the fact that is can be rather predictable, there isn't often too much that can derail the daily operation. Most issues can be rectified by my peers / team or the IT team.
