Karen is responsible for driving the alignment, accelerated growth and integration of the CP & ESG division’s three award-winning, global, cloud-based software businesses, which collectively focus on corporate performance management, ESG, EHS, audit assurance, and risk. The division employs approximately 2,500 people globally, operates in 31 countries, and serves customers in 155 countries. Its technology solutions reach 38% of companies listed in the Fortune 500 and more than 2,000 offices of the CFO.
