Executive Bio

Kevin Entricken has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer since May 1, 2013.

In his current role, he is responsible for the corporate areas of Accounting, Business Analysis & Control, Compliance, Data Privacy, Internal Audit and Internal Controls, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, Real Estate, Risk Management, Taxation, and Treasury.

Kevin joined Wolters Kluwer in 2003. Prior to his current role, he was CFO of Wolters Kluwer Health, where he played a major role in transforming the Health portfolio. He also previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations, and as CFO of Legal & Regulatory US at Wolters Kluwer.

Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Kevin held senior finance positions in the operating units of information and media companies, including Reed Elsevier and EMI Music. He began his career and worked for several years at KPMG.

Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Association, Netherlands.

In 2021, Kevin was named CFO of the Year by his peers in the CFO Association of the Netherlands.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University, New Jersey. He studied Mergers and Acquisitions in the Executive Education program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and was qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.
