James D. Zwiers — Executive Vice President at Wolverine Worldwide

Mr. James D. Zwiers, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. since February 6, 2017 and served as its President of Merrell; and President of the Wolverine Outdoor and Lifestyle Group since February 4, 2016. Mr. Zwiers served as Senior Vice President of Wolverine World Wide Inc. from June 2014 to February 6, 2017. He served as the President of the International Group at Wolverine World Wide Inc since June 16, 2014 until February 4, 2016. He served as the Senior Vice President of Wolverine World Wide Inc., since January 2008 and its President of Performance Group since January 2013. Mr. Zwiers served as the President of Outdoor Group of Wolverine World Wide Inc. since March 2009 until January 2013. He was responsible for Wolverine World Wide Inc.'s retail, legal, new business development and strategic planning operations. Mr. Zwiers has had broad experience in brand and business strategy and retail, domestic and international wholesale, licensing, acquisitions and portfolio development. Mr. Zwers served as General Counsel at Wolverine World Wide Inc. since January 2004. He served as President of Hush Puppies U.S. Division of Wolverine World Wide Inc., from July 21, 2006 to October 2006. He served as the Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel of Wolverine World Wide since January 1998 and served as its secretary. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Zwiers was an Attorney with the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP and previously was a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm BDO Seidman. Mr. Zwers attained his Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Michigan and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Calvin College.
