What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's such an "all hands on deck" attitude. Everyone wants to help everyone and is comfortable volunteering for something outside of their role if it needs to get done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so mission driven and so good at what they do. I have so many people I can turn to when I need support and I genuinely enjoy working with them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You meet with people from across the company. It's a great way to get a sense of the different personalities that and perspectives. Plus it instills a sense of cross-functional collaboration right from the start.
