Mr. Robert F. Weber, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Woodward, Inc. since August 22, 2005. Mr. Weber has been Vice Chairman of Woodward, Inc. since October 2011. Mr. Weber served various positions in corporate finance at Motorola, including Vice President and Principal Finance Director for a sector of Motorola that was comprised of three diverse technology businesses. He also served as General Manager for Motorola's European automotive business. Before joining Motorola, he served as Senior Manager at KPMG (Peat Marwick) in Chicago. Mr. Weber directs Woodward's overall financial plans and oversees all financial functions, including general and operational accounting, treasury, financial reporting, tax, capital and investment planning, audit and investor relations. He is also a key contributor to Woodward's strategic plan and new business initiatives. He has extensive senior management experience in finance and operations. From his 17-year career with Motorola, which he is responsible for strategy formulation and execution, financial reporting, analysis and controls and new business development. He served as Director of Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. (formerly LynuxWorks, Inc.) since June 2000. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
