What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well organized and very good to work for
Excellent Interpersonal skills and teamwork
The leadership team has a strong vision that takes into consideration all our stakeholders.
They listen to their workers. That's it.
Notmal distribution. Some good, some bad, some really great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing the members and how to utilize their strongest teams
Taking Management and Communication courses to improve their skills
Managing (i.e., planning and leadership)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best in volorado maybe all over
Health insurance and stock bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they provided stock options
Salary is docked if we don't work 40 hours but we don't get ot if we work more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Happy motivational funny lije to have a good time snf get the job done
Our teams are caring and driven.
Everyone is collaborative and there is no "every man for himself" mentality.
Team players and experienced in their trade

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are open to talk to you and honest ones interact with people
Collaboration, low stress, and nice people
Balanced approach to people and performance.
I like that there is a laid back atmosphere here.
Members are friendly and supportive of each other. They are happy to take time out of their day to help if you need it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Taking Management and communication courses

If you're willing to give second chances and let new people try it out there
The process was thorough yet friendly.
They keep it simple. One single interview process.
Seeing the passion the members had for the company.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Communicatin on the information and paperwork the want, the hiring team does everything through email and dosesnt send all the paperwork then tells you they did not recieve it. They will then tell you they need it today or you dont have a job. Then you play phone tag trying to get ahold of someone

Having a good time, laughing and enjoying my work

I like the overall company culture. It's one of the best I have ever seen.
Doing a job I love with people I enjoy seeing every day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remove the over-compensated management, which is most of management.
Company needs to hire when they fire and not add job duties to other employees to save money
Dysfunctional organization. Over-promoted management. Minimal project planning despite full-time project managers.
What do you like best about your company?
We are doing important work to change the global environment. We get to do it with people we like being with and we are compensated fairly for doing it.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
A slightly slower work pace would be nice.
