The leadership team has a strong vision that takes into consideration all our stakeholders.
They listen to their workers. That's it.
Notmal distribution. Some good, some bad, some really great.
The executive team is amazing and supportive. The middle management is useless.
Their ongoing commitment to the customers and the membership
Knowing the members and how to utilize their strongest teams
Taking Management and Communication courses to improve their skills
Managing (i.e., planning and leadership)
