J. Stuart Miller — Executive VP & CFO at Workiva

Mr. J. Stuart Miller has been the Chief Financial Officer at Workiva Inc. since December 2014 and its Executive Vice President since December 12, 2014. Mr. Miller served as Treasurer at Workiva Inc. until December 07, 2017. Mr. Miller served as the Founder and Managing Director of Colonnade Advisors LLC. Previously, he served as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of JP Morgan & Co. From Chicago, he managed corporate client relationships and was responsible for the firm's information technology services practice nationally. He joined J.P. Morgan in 1992 from Credit Suisse First Boston where he had worked from 1988 in the Investment Banking Department in New York and Chicago. Mr. Miller has worked on underwritten equity issues aggregating in excess of $4 billion, public underwritten debt and preferred stock issues exceeding $10 billion, private placements of debt and equity exceeding $3 billion and over twenty M&A transactions totaling in excess of $12 billion. He received an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School and was graduated with a BA magna cum laude in Politics from Washington & Lee University.
