It is a very generous package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Simple. To be paid accordingly for the line of work I do as well for the constant involvement within companies success needs to be taken into account.
I feel valued. I can see the professional status being recognized. However, The time and effort spent being fully involve within this company/networking/company goals & requirements need to be reviewed for those departments who wear multiple hats AND Living by TTEC VALUES. Being that needed change.
