They provide clarity and vision.
The leadership group cares so much about their teams and their mentorship is world class

Humble leadership that started the same as you and that you can always approach and ask guidance no matter their position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team should focus more on honesty and the statistics of success not obtained by it's employees and insisting, manipulating and lying towards fellow co-workers and new people they referred to the company as potential future employees when in fact it's all a pyramid scheme.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
WFH, vacation time and other benefits.
There is no glass ceiling and the heritage program bar none the best
Flexibility of time I can work
I am able to override people and Organizations here. which give power by putting one time effort and reaping it for the life.
I love knowing I get passive residual income
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WFG makes you work for free until you sell a policy. It's only a win for the company.
Who runs this team and company
I feel completely betrayed and thrown out to the world without proper support and was ultimately lead to fail it would be better if resources would be made available for the employees in order to properly get work done.
