I've had my ups and downs as all companies. at the moment I'm very happy here

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel completely betrayed and thrown out to the world without proper support and was ultimately lead to fail it would be better if resources would be made available for the employees in order to properly get work done.
