KINDNESS. Professionalism, Integrity, And pride yourself on hearing both sides and taking the truth

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My direct co workers were pretty good. But 2 of them were related/friends with my boss.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training, retaliating, communicating. They promote these people to manager positions when they have no clue what theyre doing and then they make complacent mistakes like what happened to me. And here we are.

No growth potential, same people get promoted over and over. Poor annual rasies even if you do get them at all. Regular employees bonuses cancelled eve though company had record profits and Sr. managemt paid themselves multimillion dollar bonuses. Open door policy as long as you praise managent.

The remote training is not a good fit for someone who needs in person hands on instruction.
