They have fine, achievable objectives. Objectives are measured very frequently.
Responsible team who cares good about employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training, retaliating, communicating. They promote these people to manager positions when they have no clue what theyre doing and then they make complacent mistakes like what happened to me. And here we are.
Basic running of the business
A better training regime for the programs that employees use everyday.
CEO, CFO and COO are awful, only care anoit shareholder and not employees
