We find solutions in our meetings as well as providing time to regroup and evaluate performances.

The getting to know one another aspect and the honesty of what the role really incurs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All team leaders are comprehensive about each campaign and the charity itself, as well as being very aware of the need for good mental health and morale.
