again. everything is wrong, supervisors are biased, and will throw others under the bus to save their own skin
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
sick day hours are accumulated over time. if you have under a certain amount then you do not get to use it. no vacation days. no benefits, no 401k, no holiday pay, no overtime pay. list goes on
