To respect the people who are out in the field, lifting heavy cargo and dealing with unruly passengers to ensure the job gets done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
sick day hours are accumulated over time. if you have under a certain amount then you do not get to use it. no vacation days. no benefits, no 401k, no holiday pay, no overtime pay. list goes on
