it comes every month no exceptions
Good hourly rate, and you get paid overtime.
Has a decent insurance policy that you can afford

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It took me months to receive my benefits, I was not given contact information to reach out to someone about my benefits. Submitted several help desk tickets with no answers
I can flip burgers for the same pay
Providing appropriate salary according to the performance
Getting paid on time and knowing who to contact about it
For the company to feel the heat of the revenue loss, not the employee benefit package.
Would like to get a raise that at the least keeps up with inflation and would appreciate if the company compensated employees with the same qualifications and experience the same.
