When the upper management leave you alone and quit downgrading you and belittling you and let you do your job

I feel like I have a pretty important role, and I enjoy meeting all the new people from all over the country.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Very difficult to begin. It's like trying to turn a monster into a kitten.

Less focus on day to day and more on big picture.
