Was only with my company 2 weeks when it merged with this company thru acquisition. Being new + the merger, I feel like a misfit. Still using old company's policies/procedures for duration of project. I was surprised at how manual and cumbersome the process is for relaying info and record keeping

everyone seems to be experts in their respective fields

I liked that I didn't have to answer open-ended, essay type questions.

I feel like I have a pretty important role, and I enjoy meeting all the new people from all over the country.
