I would say the diversity of work, family-like environment, and the flexibility of work options. Each day is different!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the best part is the pay. I am making more than those I graduated with. Also the vacation days are great, too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to interview with different department heads. Although this was a little intimidating, it gave me a chance to see who I was working for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team takes the time to get to know each of us and plays to our strengths. They are always open to hearing ideas and are willing to answer questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the way they collaborate on projects. Just like our leadership team, we keep an open dialogue and share ideas without fear of rejection. We support each other and put in the hard work to serve our clients.
