Very understanding, always there to listen. They give great direction on what is expected of you.
They are interested in what people have to say. Approachable and friendly.
Open door policy. Willing to let other contribute to the success of the organization.

They need to understand how to work with others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefit package is great!
Compensation is good. Bonuses are available. Company profit sharing!
Compensation aligns well with market. Uncapped commission structure in sales.

The team is collaborative and willing to help.
Family environment. Everyone is really supportive.

I wish I had a team. Everyone needs a crash course in what a team is again.

Very laid back, everyone works and gets it all done, but its in very comfortable environment
Everyone helps each other succeed.
