What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super clear about what is important. Prioritization is getting better.
Genuinely care about people's well being. Living core values, not shelf-ware!
They listen and actually know everyone

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare benefits are pretty good
Corporate Bonus for many and benefits remain competitive.
My base is probably the best, but I really enjoy the stock options and what they might potentially be worth one day.
Bonus, Stock Options, Base, PTO, 401k match of 4%.
Solid base and perks that a remote team member can benefit from. Dont have flex spending, which is odd, but have generous monthly wellness benefit and home office perks above standard equipment.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Accept you for you and willngness to help
We have individually strong team members and because of that there is a high level of trust.
They all seem really cool.
We plan together and communication is open. Working with human professionals.
Everyone trusts and supports each other. My team is not competitive towards one another, we are competitive together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company, executives, managers and team members think of you and treat you like the individual you are.
Work Life balance, flexible hours. They are a company for everyone, regardless of your background.
The work-life balance is second to none.
People truly live the core values. We help each other out.
Leadership puts employees at the forefront of every decision. They do this for our customers as well. But I really feel valued as a person, as a mother, as a co-worker, at this company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Productive, insightful, not scary and genuine
I got to meet several team members
Panel interview wasn't overwhelming and had a decent criss-section.
Interviewed by smart people, who asked a lot of questions to test my knowledge of both marketing and our industry vertical.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people, helping everyone internal and external
Flexibility to be with my newborn and work flexible hours.
People are real. If there's conflicting work, almost everyone will try and resolve how to prioritize it. Theyre kind.
The people and culture are a big part of it.
Autonomy, work life balance, and getting to work on the things I tell my manager that really interest me most. If you have a career goal, they work with you to make it happen.

The people and culture. There's no-one here I wouldn't hang out with, and the culture is very success-driven both personally and professionally
