newby, too early to tell

It was a great organization to work for until the brought in a director that had no clue to manage such a large team. She knew nothing about the industry but listened to no one.

Very demanding, micromanagement, qa'd on everything, calls back to back, overwhelming, goals that are impossible to meet

Poor training, micromanaging, demanding, change rules in the middle of the game, modern sweatshop, chronic mandated Overtime and they took away flex hours

Salary is great, and there are some good benefits, but some areas are lacking

a health insurance company with crappy health benefits, premiums bearable but on the high side and deductible and co pays ridiculously high, plus they force your employed spouse to get his own health insurance

We all work together as a team very well, little drama, and good communication about our assigned work/projects
