James Lightman — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Wright Medical Group N.V.

Mr. James A. Lightman, also known as Jim, has been Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Wright Medical Group N.V. and Wright Medical Technology, Inc. since December 29, 2011. Mr. Lightman served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Bausch + Lomb from February 2008 to November 2009 and Vice President, Global Sales Operations until August 2011. He has more than two decades of corporate legal experience and has a diverse skill set in managing complex legal and business matters for public and private healthcare and medical device companies. Mr. Lightman served as a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Eyeonics Inc., since June 2007. Mr. Lightman served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of IntraLase Corp. from February 14, 2005 to 2007 and also served as its Secretary. He served as a Vice President and General Counsel of Amicore, Inc. from 2002 to 2005 and for the last two months of his tenure, he also served as its Vice President of Finance. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Zaiq Technologies, Inc. He served as an Assistant General Counsel of Summit Autonomous, Inc. since joining it in February 1996. He served as a Vice President and General Counsel at Summit Autonomous,Inc., since January 1998. He served as a Senior Vice President of Summit Autonomous, Inc., since January 2000 and also served as its Clerk. Prior to joining Summit, he served as a Member of Goldstein and Manello, P.C., a Boston law firm which he joined in 1984. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Lightman held various senior positions at Summit Autonomous, Inc. He is a Member of the Massachusetts Bar, the California Bar (MJP Program), the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association. Mr. Lightman holds a JD from Boston University Law School and a BS from Boston University School of Management.
