Ms. Julie D. Tracy has been the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Wright Medical Group N.V. and Wright Medical Technology, Inc. since October 18, 2011. Ms. Tracy leads the investor relations and corporate communication functions. She served as the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Epocrates, Inc. from March 2011 to September 2011. She served as the Chief Communications Officer of Tornier N.V. Ms. Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry in investor relations, corporate communications and marketing. Ms. Tracy served as the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of ev3 Inc. from January 2008 to July 2010, where she built a world-class investor relations program that was the highest ranked small cap medical device IR program by Institutional Investor in 2009 and 2010. Ms. Tracy served as a Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of Kyphon Inc. (Now, Medtronic Spine LLC). Ms. Tracy served as Vice President of Marketing of Kyphon Inc. from January 2003 to April 2005. She served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations at Kyphon Inc. from April 2005 to March 2007. Ms. Tracy served as Senior Director of Marketing Thoratec Corporation from January 2002 to May 2002 and Director of Marketing from January 1998 to December 2001. She also served at Sulzer Medica. She has been a Director of National Investor Relations Institute since December 2, 2015. She serves as a Member of the National Investor Relations Institute's Senior Roundtable. She is a member of the NIRI Senior Roundtable. She was named Best IR officer in the small cap category. She was also named the Global Top Small/Mid-Cap Investor Relations Officer in 2014 by IR Magazine. Ms. Tracy holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She also received her Certificate in Investor Relations from the University of California, Irvine Extension program in collaboration with NIRI.
