What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with each and every one of them and sometimes I am co-opted into other departments for specific Design perspectives.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It would have to be the Friendlieness between the Staff and All levels of Management.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The Interview was conducted with engineers from 3 departments, so I knew that they could understand the technacalities as I explaned my design philosophies for each speacility I would be involved with.
