What does the leadership team need to get better at?
greedy uncaring trolls who ruined co.
Revolving door for investment firms. High turn over of upper level executives with no mercy or soul. Ruthless back stabbing middle-managers that think they are the cats meow breeding nosey co-workers stuck in high school willing to throw the next person under the bus for a cookie.

clean out the executed team

What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is excellent but get little little recognition
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to mind their own business and quit gossiping about one another. If you want to be a manager then be one. Dont be a weasel. The name of the game is who can be teacher's pet to the managers. These wannabes spend more time "tattle taling" on coworkers than they do their own performance

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
change out the.exec team and replace all
Constant restructuring is creating a distasteful work environment. It is forgotten that these are real people with real lives outside of manufacturing. Its miserable to work at a place where you are constantly nitpicked while the managers ride high up on their horses.

This company has an ego driven culture. Its nothing about the interview that will help you get the job. Be sure to mention who you know, play golf with, or are related to that can score you the spot.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If employees are respected and treated like humans they will work hard to go the extra mile. If treated like children with lack of respect or recognition for a job well done, you bet they will help you lose as much money as possible.
