What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and transparent willing to support
Clear communicators. Always encouraging us. Very transparent.
The management team understands the business and the customer base. All decisions are made with the customer in mind. Additionally, the management team treats employees like they would want to be treated as an employee.

Stop using the phrase "do as I say, not as I do"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its very good! Best I have experienced.
We've got a great benefits package, company and team bonuses and equity stock options.
It is regular and commensurate

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is in sync and understands our goals and objectives. We have a lot of great talent and resources on our team.
Diverse backgrounds, Personable, Family-Oriented, Knowledgable.
Tight-knit and collegial. Good people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many contractors/non-employees working alongside salaried employees...damages morale.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is upbeat and relatively informal. Management sets a good tone for the work environment.
The people and the products we build. It's fun to build leading brands and products for our customers.
Shared vision for the future
While most get along with one another and culture is collaborative, most feel that management is overbearing and that recent hires have questionable motives/agendas.
WTWH embraces diversity and experiences and relays those experiences into opportunities to grow the business. At the same time we encourage each other to love what you do and have fun!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very straightforward. Job description and expectations were made clear up front.
All key leaders involved and is was apparent they had an interest in me and my goals, as well as theirs.
I was able to meet a handful of team members before joining. This gave me a good feel for culture and teams.
