Are some of the smartest people i have worked with globally. Always willing to help, egos are nearly non existent and team culture is very prevalent throughout the organisation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sincere concern for employees, leadership genuinely cares about the company and the employees - they seem to be personally invested in the success of everyone.
The culture of success and if we have the very rare issue, the eagerness to rectify any issues that come up. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very responsive to questions, open about sharing the positives about the company and areas where they are improving.
The consultative approach - interviewed by more than one individual. Potential managers, peers, subordinates are included in the process.
