communication and keeping consistent. They should also be able to do the jobs they are managing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unless you're slaving yourself or friends with higher ups, you never get recognized for your work or efforts. There is no incentive due to promotions mainly being based on favoritism, rather than work ethics. Compared to other industries, the pay is grossly low.
Getting paid more and not having to apply for promotions. If you work hard your work should be recognized and thus be promoted. You shouldn't have to apply to be promoted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are generally nice.
we always get the job done no matter how messed up it is given to us.

Coworkers are typically nice and reliable.
the coworkers are there for each other in times of need even when management is not

What did you like most about the interview process?
It went by pretty quickly. I was able to start quickly as well but that can also be a red flag...
it got done in one day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many lying to please clients, knowing that those demands cannot be fulfilled due to low over head count. It puts unnecessry stress on employees, as they are expected to keep up with unreasonable demands.
communication should be open and management should be able to perform the jobs they are managing
